Thermo Polycoatings

Really dissatisfied with this business and their attitude. I gave them 1 off new packaging that is used to protect the items I dropped off. I as very obviously custom packaging. They biffed it in the rubbish! When I went to collect it they shrugged their shoulders and said they were 'not interested' and if I chose to leave something with them they will not take responsibility for its safe return. They told me it wasn't their problem and it was my fault for leaving it with them. Unfortunately I paid prior to calling back in and trusted I would get my property back. They replaced the custom packaging with strips of bubble wrap and shot nasty remarks at me while cutting the bubble wrap. I was astonished at how rude they were being to a customer! I suggest no one leaves anything with this business unless you want to go to the tip and try and find what Thermo Polycoatings consider rubbish.
