        I bought a Sealy brand queen bed in 2021 for approximately $1400/$1600 from Big Save Gisborne it has a 10 year warranty on it About 5 months ago the mattress became very hard and has been hurting our hips and lower back I talked with The manager of Big Save Gisborne but for the last 5 weeks no action from anyone Had enough waiting taking it to Tribunal in the District Court
