White Cross - Northmed

I was transitioned to North med after the sale of Glenfield Doctors on Chartwell. Initially I felt lost in the system & became very frustrated. Nobody answered the phone or got back to you. I was considering finding an alternative. Then Nurse Chrissie kicked in. She provided an outstanding level of care, was always proactive in scheduling & communicating upcoming appointments. She's the best. Then I got to experience Dr Julia. A kind, empathetic & very personable approach...& she listens! She explains things in terms you can understand. Both have reassured me I am in good capable hands. Yes the staff get very busy at times...but what Dr Surgery doesn't. I now feel very comfortable that they have my health care as a priority & would highly recommend this practice.

Never answer calls, we dont have time to give calls every minute, can you please answer calls reception or get back to us when we kept a voicemail?

What happened?? Reception never picks up! You can leave messages if you are lucky they ring you back 6 hours later!!!!! There was one receptionist in the old days she was amazing, friendly fast and reliable Now it looks like 4 or more ladies behind the counter but no action???? The Doctors are great. But the management should consider to spend on more or better admin staff!

This place is so bad. Never answer phone calls. I think they have registered more people than they can serve. Its annoying when you cant contact your GP when you are sick

Great place, the medical staff are very professional and friendly, dr Ubay is great, the only issue is with the reception, it hard to get them pick up the phone
