        I had the loveliest experience with the lady working here before midday on Monday Dec 19th. Sorry I didn't catch her name! I popped in for a gingerbread hot choc which she made beautifully, and we had a lovely chat about our Christmas plans. It was the kind of customer service that makes you want to come back!         Just went tonight there, waiting on pump to open, The staff dont even cared to opened the pump even it was all via app and already suggests when my vehicle arrives they should open the pump, the Lady just looked at vehicle and didn't even bothered to open the pump. It is good option when you dont have your wallet or cards with you,I think not very good facility by Z, even their staff not trained about these features.
