As someone who has worked in Customer Service Management and Leadership, I was blown away by the experience I received by Mel. She was a such a welcoming and knowledgeable soul and what I loved most is that not once she made me feel uncomfortable or stupid. She was very informative with the product knowledge and shes an asset to your company. (P.S- pay rise needed)

my pronouns are ze/zem. when I was at the checkout, a rude worker said have a good day sir. This offended me as I should be called zir. Am I in the wrong? the worker should have asked my pronouns instead of assuming. This gives a 1/5. Also I am a scorpio

I hate giving bad reviews to anyone/anything but you've given me my worst customer experience ever. I have a toy that I bought from your store in Henderson and the customer service there was awesome. Everyone treated me nicely and showed me respect and efficiency, whereas here in your head office in Glenfield your attendants seem to have a personal problem with me. This is the 3rd time I have to get this toy replaced (it has an endless warranty) and one of your attendants has told me that I was using the wrong cable with it and that's why it wasn't working. Turns out you're giving me the same toy with a new cable (exactly like the one I've given you back, with a yellow tip) and telling me I have no option but accepting it. It's a toy and it's not coming inside a box, this is not hygienically acceptable and you've been giving me wrong answers and terrible customer service's experience. I feel sorry for whoever needs to solve a problem with your head office, unfortunately.

Big thanks to the lady with the outrageously cool hair! Makes you feel super comfortable regardless of topic and creates a great customer service experience in a place that would typically be considered awkward or daunting for most.
