I have recently purchased a BT-50 from this dealership. I would like to say that I received amazing service in the first instance from Richard, who made the purchase process really easy and enjoyable. Nothing was a problem, he even arranged a nice loan vehicle for a weekend while my finance was being finalised and I was without a vehicle. Secondly Emma, the business manager who helped me navigate the purchase and finance process, in her easygoing and friendly manner, explaining things so well to a customer new to vehicle finance. Mazda North Harbour - you have two very valuable employees there! Thank you team, I love my ute!

Poor experience with Mazda's service centre when trying to resolve an issue with our 2012 Mazda 3. Issue has been occurring intermittently since Aug 22. Despite numerous attempts to get the issue resolved, and a number of the symptoms pointing to the TCM being the culprit, Mazda dismissed the issue and ceased communicating with us. This is despite the car randomly (and increasingly frequently) putting itself into neutral and stalling, including in risky situations such as on the motorway. We took the car to a local mechanic who listened, properly inspected the car, identified the issue as being the TCM, and promptly replaced the part. Yes, it is an older car - but with an upgrade to a new vehicle on the cards soon, we sadly won't be choosing a Mazda, despite having several Mazdas over the years.
