I bought a 2012 Mazda around 10 thousands dollar from Goodbuymotors 3 years ago at Albany North shore. The sales lady whose name is Bella Zhang who sold this car to me and did not mention one word about this cars problem. Until went to get wof for my car today, the mechanical told me the cars boot panel is damaged( inside), it is look perfect from outside, then I open boot and look back down, there is a more than one meter long yellow glue stripe on the boot panel. So I look for Goodbuymotors, but it shows AJ motor, so I called AJ motor Takanini, they told me I should call AJ motor presige Henderson, so I called, the Manager Danni said why you call us, we are AJ motor, not Goodbuymotor, you should call Phenomina Motor, Goodbuymotor changed to phenomenon, then I checked , found the sales lady Bella Zhang working here, So I called her, She told me I should call AJ Motor, because AJ motor took over Goodbuymotor and changed name to AJ motor and gave me Dannis number, so I called Danni again, this time he said, our warranty is three months. After that, it is not our responsibility. I am wondering, is it illegal that car dealer hide big issue when they sale car to customer.

I booked a test drive for 10am on a Sunday and received email confirmation a few days prior. Arriving at the car yard at 955am and then gate was locked. Opening time is 930am according to Google. There were a few other customers around and at 10am the gate was opened and the staff member disappeared. Myself and other customers walking around looking for assistance and nobody to be found. I rang the phone number and no pick up. Send a sms found on the Trade Me ad, received a response from Bella saying she is late and on the way now. Utterly disappointing service, I waited another 10 minutes and left. First impressions are that this place is unreliable and poor communication. I will not be purchasing a vehicle from here.

Scam artists that should not be in business. Will trick the elder and take their money without showing any documentation and good luck getting anything back from them. Stay away!
