Please extend your open hours back to more reasonable business hours. Whangaparaoa branch has been closed, now we're only left with Orewa branch and you've cut this back to 6 hours per day! Another example of banks pushing their paying customers away.

Not happy. I needed help with phone banking. A female staff member was rude and not helpful at all. I left after she said ... well we are open again on Friday. I then joined the line outside again then asked for help from another Teller who was pleasant and took care of my problem.

If you do actually need anything from the bank, which I have on numerous occasions. The opening hours are crapola. Having shut down the local kiwibank you now have to travel to the next closest bank in Orewa which is only open 4 hours a day, 4 days a week. No Saturday opening either. No foreign exchange and goodbye to cash. They have everyone's money but won't cater to their customers. Have to say the staff are lovely and not their fault. I'm not the only customer outraged by this lack of service either. Something is majorly wrong
