Very accommodating and friendly

Walked past Orewa branch today at 3:45 pm to notice a long line of 9 different people qued up outside on the street sidewalk in searing February heat (full sun, no shade) with masks on - waiting to be let in the door to be served. Two thirds of these customers were elderly and looked to be struggling with the uncomfortable wait you expect your paying customers to endure. We bank with ASB. ASB, you must be able to better than this. Solution (simple) - more staff.

Horrible experience, had to que outside in the heat for half an hour! All other shops are back to normal, I dont understand why ASB still makes customers do this. I do have to add that the employees were wonderful, one even bought chairs out for us.
