Not happy with the product also the service. We installed a 90cm rangehood claiming to have suction capacity 1000L. However it works really terrible with very loud noise but barely air flow. Called the service within warranty period but they refused to diagnose for free. Does recommend this brand.

That is money make machine our gas hob under 2 years old was warranty 7 years problem wok not working properly in sent all document what she said all photos 2 times then she said that not under warranty cos broken but wasnt broken then I asked her so what for warranty only frame if not burner but she said sorry you need to pay money for parts then I paid $126.50 but I cant understand why they giving 7 years warranty if not covered burners problem Please not buying anything from this company they only made money not trust must read feedback then buying

Would give 0 stars if I could! We ordered a brand new oven for tenants, and shortly after installation it was discover the door was damaged and had been had GLUED back together by this supplier! They then refused to install the new door provided under warranty and suggested we do it ourselves both people we dealt with for this issue were unfriendly and not helpful. Will not be using again.

Shame that their customer service definitely needs to be reviewed. Great product, wonder why Parmco is not popular.
