MPS SURGERY

Doctor uncle is very nice and kind helpful. But receptionist very rude and not friendly. Not happy experience. About my daughter medicine and don't know how many times . I have to explain. Same thing again again. Hung up the phone.and blame me I am rude.

I called in advance to let them know that my husband had a heart surgery, and was having difficulty. But useless people at the front desk have no communication skills at all and made us wait for like 2 hours. Hire people that have some skills to be more empathic and speak clear. I defiantly will going to a different Dr and don't waste your time with these 1s.

If I could, I would give negative stars for their reception staff. Been a patient with the doctor for more than 11 years. Their receptionists had been nice and friendly but the new staff is absolutely horrific. Hate interacting with the new staff who know nothing about customer service. They treat you like they own you and make you feel like they are doing a favor by doing their job. Gave the doctor this feedback, who completely disregarded the feedback. If they keep treating the patients the way they do, no one would want to be visit or interact with the team. I'm considering moving on from this practice because it is so difficult and stressful to deal with inconsiderate people.
