        Visited this branch first time ever and what horrible place, the one teller dealing with the one other angry customer, more staff than customers and totally ignored me until I tried to raise my presence and got totally put down and denied service , never recommend this westpac to anyone ,

        Called 5 times at 11am today, no answer again, can't remember when last I phoned a westpac branch and got through.... Instead of spending money on tv ads saying how much you care maybe should consider employing enough people and show in ACTIONS that you care.
