        Abysmal. Everything else is open, this branch hasn't been open in weeks or months. Only "solution" is to call the 0800 number that has a 2hr wait.

        Had to wait 20 minutes (while someone else cut the queue and the staff did nothing) to be told that ASB no longer does currency exchange, not even for those with ASB accounts who need to deposit the money rather than just exchanging. There isn't even an international exchange close by.

        When you decide to close please write on your door note where is the nearest branch that is open for your customers to go as a substitute. I came long distance then I found you closed then I headed to howick branch and I found it closed too. Should I go all around Auckland to find a branch
