Dr Shah's integrative approach is a breath of fresh air, she doesn't just look at one thing in isolation, she sees the totality of health and has applied her broad knowledge of multiple disciples to identify the root cause of my issues, when no one else could. I am now well on the road to recovery. What's really exciting is Dr Shah is also teaching me how to improve the way I live my life so that I can be the healthiest version of myself. I would recommend her to anyone committed to their health and looking for solutions that really make a difference. It has been an absolute pleasure to work with Dr Shah to solve my health issues.

I have been seeing Dr Shah for a few years now. Prior to seeing her I had a number of health issues that no other doctor had been able to explain. Nayana finally found the answers of a number of linked and complicated issues and has helped me get control of my life again. She truely cares about her patients and looks at the whole picture and finds the best solutions to heal rather than just throwing pills at you. I have sent a number of people to her who have health issues that like me cant get on top of them, and have had positive results with everyone. I cant recommend her highly enough.

After seeing many doctors and making little headway with multiple health issues including an auto immune disease and chronic fatigue Dr Shah is the first practitioner to look at all of my issues holistically. Since I began seeing her I am finally feeling on top of my health for the first time in many years. Also her knowledge and understanding in managing menopause issues has been life-changing. If only I had seen her 10 years ago!

If you would like to find a doctor who really listens to you and is willing to work with you to find the best solution then this is the place you should go to. Dr Shah has helped me fix problems I was willing to put up with and she showed me that I don't have to.

I felt pretty helpless and lost trying to solve my health problems within the NZ medical system. I was so thankful to find an integrative doctor who looked beyond my symptoms and dug deep into the why. Dr Nayana has the knowledge and experience as both a doctor and naturopath which opened up so many doors to finding answers to my health troubles. I have been so fortunate to work with her over the past 6+ months navigating a holistic approach to treating the root cause of symptoms around hormone, skin, gut and post natal/post pill depletion. It was an investment but I really could not place a price on good health and well-being. I had been spending so much on all sorts of supplements, creams and medications but really had no direction until now.
