I cant thank the team from Te Rawhiti enough for the important work that they do. Special mentions to Charlotte, Dr. Lata, and Chris - who are all incredibly kind, caring, patient, passionate, supportive and both wonderful at what they do but also simply wonderful people. I worked closely with Chris for a very long time, and I can never thank her enough for the skills she has given me to live a happy and fulfilling life. I was anxious about going into a mental health centre, but it is the best thing I could have done, and I feel lucky to have had such a great experience with this lovely team.

I was discharged without being ready to be discharged and I was told that there was one last meeting with the doctor which I later found out was false. I have been really busy with work lately and have not had the chance to go to my GP. All I asked for was patience and they wouldnt give me that. So I am without medication until I next see my GP. Thanks for abruptly discharging me. This could have been dealt with in a better way. But that's just how the cookie crumbles. 1 star
