We are building a new house and visited the Lunn Ave store. We were the only customers in the store with three sales staff who completely ignored us, didnt even say hello. Felt like we were judged because we are young. Dismal customer service. Suggest you work on it

Terrible service. Within two weeks the Smeg dishwasher I ordered started to rust. When I called about I was told someone would come and take a look then they didnt show up. I called and rescheduled, called to check they were coming the day before and then no show again. Beyond annoyed.

Amazing customer service. We had made a mistake in our final delivery arrangements and did not even know it. Derrick spotted it rang us and fixed it within an hour. Great team and great service

Bought Miele Induction cooktop 3.5 years ago at Kitchen Things Mt Wellington , specifically asked whether I had to be careful with the type of cookware to use, the (dishonest /incompetent) sales person down played the requirements of the cookware and gave the impression I can just use anything that is labelled as induction compatible. $750 worth of repairs later, we discover that was not the case at all, and our cooktop has been over heating from inefficient cookware and replacing the parts can cost as much as buying a new stove top. Had I been told the truth I would not have purchased such a fussy appliance that was expensive to fix
