Very poor after service I got the expensive Phillips shaver for 700 dollars two years back and when visited them for replacement of shaver head I have been told that I have to arrange from the online suppliers as they dont sell it

They dont honour the warranty on products. They tell you its only a mechanical warranty, and doesnt include parts such as the razor head. Their sales man sold me one of their shavers, telling me how quality the razor head is, stainless steel made in the USA. Nonsense, It broke after 2 months. When I went to to ask for replacement under warranty, they refused with the garbage excuse that they only cover mechanical faults. I will be making a consumer guarantees act complaint.

Good place to shop but trying to get a receipt electronically emailed is an effort. Rang the very next day to have it emailed, staff that answered doesn't know how to retrive my transaction. Been 2 years since I got my first eletric toothbrush, yet no receipt was ever emailed. Get a print out while you there even though they are busy or save paper and get a electronic copy but don't leave the shop until its in your inbox. Emails don't take 24hrs to show up so don't walk away thinking it will turn up, take a copy instead.

Was a good shop to purchase blades for the flawless finishing touch until recently they said we do not stock them anymore. Why buy a product here when you cannot purchase blades for it. They must expect you to throw it away and purchase another, will not be shopping here in the future. Will take my business elsewhere
