They had my phone for almost two weeks and no one contacted me to collect it. I had to find that out myself. On collection it took about 30 minutes for the employee to locate it. Lastly my phone had a screen protector when I dropped it off and it no longer had one when I picked it up.

They only had 3 people working in the big store. I had to wait for almost half an before I can see someone who could assist me. One of the staff took 10 minutes to put the phone back in the store room as the customer didn't want it anymore. Are you serious, unbelievable? The staff was not friendly at all, making it worse. Get yourself more staff and Friendly staff.

Went in to get a new phone last night I was very pleased with the service they provided, my only issue was that they had a lack of knowledge on the devices I was looking at but they did suggest I go to the brands store as they knew they'd know more to be able to help me decide on which device to get and they were right.

Please do not come to this branch unless you want to leave disappointed. One lady who worked there in particular is very unprofessional, going on her phone whilst I would talk to my partner as they made it extremely clear to us that they would not try to help us fix the problem. I did not catch her name, but save yourself a headache and go elsewhere. Lots of miscommunication on their part and ultimately ended with them being unable to fix their mistake. And as one reviewer has already said - we also had to fix the problem on our own. Their 2.9 stars is very telling.
