Extremely pleased with the service the two gentlemen last night gave me, I was stuck trying to decide between two phones so they gave me great arguments for each one. I was also extremely impressed with their product knowledge as when I pulled out my old phone (galaxy s10) one of them recognized it instantly before I even finished pulling it out of my pocket.

I came to this store, and had both of mine Samsung phones issues sorted very quickly. I am truly impressed.

Nope. Don't buy samsung or at least don't put for repair at samsung. New option "maintenance mode" is nothing. I put my phone in maintenance mode and when I got back my phone, it was factory reset. When I call samsung contact center , they said, you sign the form that says that data may lose. My phone was just needed LCD replacement and it was in maintenance mode still they format my phone. I lost every thing. It had 6000 photos,of my child and my trips to India and Japan. All gone. All notes gone. Samsung is useless thing proved to be.,

Horrible customer service. Sales assistant taking ages making a personal call for someone nothing related to store sales or samsung and not even making eye contact with customers standing around looking to buy phone. He could acknowledge waiting customers by looking in that direction and saying that I will be with you in a moment but he refused to look up from his phone. This store wont do much business with this kind of staff.

Had to wait 2 weeks to get the free bud 2s that I didn't want and they offered free cases but didn't have any covers in stock so I had to buy one anyway. Big waste of time won't be coming back
