        Horrible customer service! I returned items from 3 different orders which they received 22 days ago! Still no refund or confirmation of return.Very rude, robotic chat from Stephen and Carlo with no help on their online store.Just dreadful. No wonder many of my friends don't shop there any more.I thought I give them a second chance which was a big mistake.
