Witchery Sylvia Park

Not sure I will be buying much of Witchery anymore they used to be fabulous to deal with. I have placed orders and then they keep getting cancelled. I also had a top I purchased that I got out of the plastic a few months after to wear and all the hem was coming down. I took it back and the assistant said it was wear and tear. I said I had not even worn it. So finally she said she would send it away to get fixed. I was ok with that. I keep phoning store and leaving messages when they dont answer. No communication of what is happening. There was a really rude lady that worked at Sylvia park and then I saw she was working at another retail outlet at Newmarket. She is now working at Witchery Newmarket and she is still horrible and rude. I hope once staff shortages get better Witchery are able to hire the calibre of staff they used to have working for them then I may start going back.

I was served by Fatima last week and she did an exceptional job. She was able to help my vision of a dress i was looking for come to reality. Keep up the great work!

Loved the service I got at the Sylvia park Witcher today, Fatima welcomed me as I walked in and was super friendly and helpful. The stored looked so clean and tidy very impressed with the service I received today well done Witchery!
