Merric Sylvia Park

Today I went to Sylvia Park to buy a wallet for my son. Ooops swerved into Merric and was helped by Toni who was amazing. Im a little bit plus size. She helped me find beautiful mix and match pieces. I was at ease as she suggested pieces for my size, shape and skin tone. Ended up sorting out my wardrobe. Something I hadnt done in 5 years. I feel all fresh and new. I would highly recommend enlisting the help of Toni if you need something special. She was amazing. Lucky Merric to have her. She even recognised the top I had on was from 5 years ago that Id purchased from Merric Riccarton Mall.

I spent over $300 worth of clothing at this shop. I wanted to return an item the following day as the colour didn't match the outfits I thought it might match. I was told they do not give credits for returns. Instead you get vouchers worth the amount. I looked through the shop to see if there was anything else I would like instead but there wasn't. All clothing stores give credit back if you return and item for whatever reason still with tag on and receipt. Not Merric! It's appalling customer service and needles to say, I would NOT recommend this store and will not shop there again. There prices aren't cheap at all and they should therefore give credit for clothes, obviously within a reasonable time frame and unused.

Went with a friend and our husband's, although it's 15ks from home. What a vibrant array of clothes they had. I bought a few clothes and was on the way out when my husband said that an item would suit me, so I went back and bought more than the first time. I must say that the assistant was excellent, pointing out to me which items would go together. Well done, and well worth the trip!!!

Merric is one of my favorite shop. Actually this company produce rather older style than I would like, Still great option for office looks. To go to work, I feel like I need cheap but decent clothes makes me look tidy. And Merric is perfect for that. Some items are always on sales, which is great. with or without sale, Merric's clothes never bother me with price and quality anyway. Plus in Sylvia park, These girls are ready to pick up what you need to check. If you want to look around, it's ok, but since there are sooo many styles available, better to ask them to pick up what do you want. (It saves time) Only issue I have is I wish they have size 6. They size are very generous.
