Grateful to get a last minute appointment just after New Years, was long overdue for a haircut but my usual places were closed or fully booked. Initial consultation very brief though, felt like my hairdresser didnt speak much English and barely talked to me. Weirdly, he got me to stand up for 10-15mins to do an initial cut, maybe their chairs dont adjust? He worked pretty quickly & professionally, but had to juggle with walk-ins requesting haircuts in between doing my hair. I also didnt get a head massage like you'd normally get with a wash from the assistant. In the end, my haircuts a little shorter than I wanted, highlights are a little brassier than a subtle warm caramel. They are very clear with the cost now...they have a menu to refer to $120 for a director's cut + $245 for partial half head highlights. You can get cheaper but I paid for the convenience this time around. Its not bad but next time would want a hairdresser I could communicate better with. Felt like he totally has the skills, but could do with an assistant to translate to Mandarin.

Have been coming to this salon for a few years now. The staff are very experienced, creative and friendly. Wouldnt go anywhere else!
