Had a balayage + cut and was really happy with the outcome! It was lighter than expected but I loved it once I was able to see what it looked like all over/from the back. My hairdresser was super friendly and the hair wash/massage transported me to a Day-spa! Will be back for a Kerasilk treatment soon

PLEASE DON'T GO HERE - I went to see Lottie at Sylvia Park Vivo Salon. I paid $200 for balayage online, and when I went in she said it would not be possible, let's do a strand test to make sure. She returned with the chunk of hair broken in half (my hair was previously processed before -- but not very much). Instead, we agreed to dye my hair darker and get a trim and a 'conditioning treatment' which was literally conditioner (a normal hair wash). In the next few months I had my hairdresser friend do a balyage on me - the strand test using 30 volume x2 didn't snap, so I think Lottie had cut the hair (the chunk she showed me was quite big and entirely snapped through right in the middle) to get out of doing it on me. I understand it's not easy as my hair was previously processed but the honesty should have been there, and what kind of place doesn't offer a refund? After my friend did the balyage on me, achieving a level 9 (even after the new layer of dye) my hair had some split ends but it did NOT snap in half. This happened around a year ago and I am still angry because this ruined my perception on hairdressers. Please DO NOT go here.

I've just had a kerasilk treatment done by Poalee and I am extremely happy with the results. I've been going to Vivo Sylvia park for over a year now and have had Poalee as my stylist each visit and she has always done an amazing job. She is extremely gentle, caring and kind, so it's very easy to communicate what you would like to have done to your hair. I would highly recommend Poalee for your next visit.
