        Amazingly helpful team. Helped buy, embroider and ship our custom shoes because our local store doesn't have the customisation options Couldn't recommend enough. I will definitely be back!

        Visited this store twice in roughly 3 hours. First time 2 staff members, both were friendly, helpful and patient, second time there was a new staff member who was a little less patient, not as helpful, left to go serve other customers mid fitting. Overall, not a bad experience, there is room for improvement.

        Best customer service Ive had. I came in wanting to get some black converse and Alex was extremely helpful in finding my size and giving me options to try out, before making a decision. The other team members were also very attentive and would offer help before I asked. Super impressed and happy with my experience here :)
