BEWARE! Owner makes a presentation which looks reasonable on paper...once accepted other charges added as job progresses. In addition, in our case, drainage not provided for on a retaining wall that pools water (in rain) on the ground above. Owner takes no responsibility - wants cash up front in full to rectify his amateurish design/build. 15.3.2021 - I respond to Landscape Structures: Dave, you did not provide any drainage whatsoever in your retaining wall job in Brighton Rd, Parnell. When we asked for your help you had the audacity to tell us we would have to pay up front before you would return to the property. We had already paid the balance of your invoice (within 7 days upon receipt of invoice) therefore you cannot claim we were difficult or non-paying customers. When the rain came it was blatantly obvious no drainage had been provided for.

We used these guys 2 years ago. Don't use these people. Tried charging extra costs above quote. And my husband saw the truck we were hiring by the hour delivering loads elsewhere.. customers beware
