        UNRELIABLE & SLACK ! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE ! Monday - talked to the sales administrator Nicky Reynecke about ordering a remote control for my client. Tuesday - sent a follow up email and NEVER received a reply. Wednesday - called 3 TIMES and none of the staffs who answered the phone got back to me, despite i've left my phone number with them. Thursday - called 3 times again (TOTAL 6 CALLS) to finally get someone to look into my query and also found out Nicky has left for the day but still she did not reply back. I paid 5 x the price for the product in NZ just to get it faster for my customer. If I knew about this kind of service and speed, I'd have ordered directly from China and get it shipped expedited.
