I was ordering flowers from overseas for my mothers birthday and picked this place because of its highly rated Google reviews. I was very unpleasantly surprised when my mum sent me a photo of the bouquet she received. I understand that flowers are seasonal so I was not expecting to receive the exact same one advertised on their website (Mega Posy Bouquet). But the least to expect from a florist is to put some effort into picking the type of flowers that go together and most importantly the arrangement and the presentation of the bouquet. What we received as you can see in the picture certainly does not have the wow factor they mention on the website. The 2 stars are merely given because of their good customer service but with such requests the quality of the product is far more important.

Unfortunately not a great experience. Still waiting for an order (or refund) six months ago. Have tried multiple contact methods and while I appreciate covid and they're having a rebrand I am disappointed with the fact there had been zero replies. Have tried to be patient but over 6 months now - hopefully not too many others in the same circumstances.
