Flowers After Hours

I wished I can choose no star for this shop. Very disappointed with the flowers and services. Order some flowers for my partner graduation a day before. Next day when I was picking up my flowers, they still doing other peoples order and mine one havent start. Whats the point of pre-order????They spend 5 mins to finish my flowers, and hand me the flowers that not even worth the money I paid. To be honest it is the worst flowers that I had in my life. Give me all leafs and little bit of ugly flowers. No idea what those staffs were doing. Never come back again!!!!

I came in on Friday evening for Bridal hair flowers, thank you for your patience and assistance while I was figuring out the right flowers (sorry cant remember the lovely ladies name) much appreciated

My girl friend had a pretty traumatic surgery. I ordered flowers late in the afternoon for delivery the next morning. I ordered flowers nearly $200 in value in total. I did not receive any feedback and I had to keep following up and then I had to ask someone else to follow up as to ensure they delivered the flowers. Eventually the flowers were delivered to the home of intended, as they were so late they missed her at the hospital. There was zero service recovery and little to no apology. For a business that is called Flowers After Hours - this is definitely in name only not in spirit. No i would not recommend them especially for anything very important to you.
