At all times we were well informed and updated on what proved to be a very successful Sale. We have known Ross now for going on 5 years. Our first connection to Ross was when we decided to sell our home, he impressed as down to earth, capable and listened carefully to our views. Whilst in the process of commencing marketing of that home Ross proactively suggested we look at another property (he had listed it shortly after commencing discussions about our sale). Ross had clearly understood what we were looking for in our next home, long story short we purchased that property (a significant do up) at auction prior to the commencement of marketing of our existing home. Our existing home sold under the hammer, above reserve and whilst a little bit stressful, Ross managed the process impeccably. Of note we also had a superb Auctioneer recommended by Ross. We next engaged Ross to sell the fully renovated do up we had purchased through him. Of note Ross had given us some excellent remodelling advice early on. We did though (sorry Ross) test the market for current agents and interviewed several. At the end of the day though we decided to go with Ross once more based on his proven skills and ability to relate with a wide range of buyers. This time our home did not sell under the hammer, but did sell through negotiation post auction to a registered bidder. Ross ability to negotiate with all interest parties post auction was excellent, he kept interest in the property high, and managed to bring a registered bidder up to an acceptable level, after some haggling. Once more our reserve expectation was exceeded. Ross will give you his honest opinion, an opinion we have grown to trust over the years, a quality that cannot be over emphasised in selling your most prized possession.
