Barfoot & Thompson Parnell

Really frustrating property manager services who seem to not act in the best interest of the tenants or landlord. They gave instructions for move-out to tenants which were incorrect. The tenants followed the instructions for how/when they should move out of the property, and then when tenants asked about the final details of move-out, Barfoot & Thompson realised the mistake they had made, but still acted in a way that was disadvantageous for both the tenants and the landlord even though they admitted to having created the problem.

I have sold my two properties with Ling Zhu from BT Parnell office in last 10 months, she did absolutely amazing jobs each time to make the processes easy and smooth while i was away from AKL, she has a strong sense of the market and very talented in negotiating. My experience went above and beyond my expectations, i would sell my properties with her again if i had any.

My experience with the B&T Parnell branch was dreadful. From our first experience to our last, this branch failed to be fair and reasonable. For those who read this and would like an example, we had an hole in the ceiling of our rental which we raised in March and was still not fixed by December when we left. This is one of many examples I could provide. To Leigh, Ayano and Madison please remember you should act as if you owe a duty of care to your tenants. I would encourage all would be customers of this branch, please look elsewhere!
