Her knowledge about the complex that my apartment was in and the issues it had been through as a leaky building were exceptional. Having made the decision to return home to New Zealand, my next challenge was buying a house while still living in another country. Kaye embraced this challenge and throughout the process managed to think outside the box. Viewing a property and doing a building inspection via face-time was definitely a first for me, but with Kayes experience and guidance, I had the confidence to move forward with the purchase without stepping foot on the property. From the first call to the final meeting, Kaye made the process easy and stress free - nothing was a problem. This was a blessing, as packing up the family and moving countries was already a mission.
