Ordered our dinner online at 5 pm and got confirmation for 5.30 pm pick up. Drove 15 mins to get there (I live rural).Shop closed. No sign up to say sorry closed early - no phone call to say can't do it. Paid $40 online. If you don't want to be in business just carry on like this and I'm sure it will go broke through lack of customers. I have been there before and had cold meals . I'm sure they make them as soon as the order comes in and then they start closing the shop down - nothing in the cabinets and your meal is sitting on the bench behind the cabinet. Not good enough. Get your act together or sell the franchise to someone who actually wants to provide a service. Would give no stars if I could.

Sad that I'm only giving this 2 stars. The food is good! We try to come as early as possible on a Wednesday evening on our way out. Unfortunately, it doesn't matter if we arrive at 5:20, 5:30 or 5:40pm, the restaurant is being closed around us. We often have to move to the outside seats as they pack up the store. It's very uncomfortable and we feel very unwelcome as we're still eating while they close and clean around us. The restaurant closes at 6pm. You do your clean up, pack up, mopping etc, AFTER your customers have gone and you're closed for business. I worked in this type of job for many years as a teen, I know how it's meant to work. Sort it out.

I ordered first time from pita pit online. It was chicken and Fala salad bowl. Only lettuce, hardly find any capsicum beans and onions. Very disappointing to see this. I am sure that I am not going back there. Not recommended at all. Please guys dont do it. People are spending their money on it. STOP FAKE BUSINESS FOR ONLY MONEY
