2degrees Pukekohe Plaza

Open Saturday 9am-5pm.. pack of lies.. went in at 11.30 doors closed with a sign saying back in 5 mins.. well i hung around 20 mins. Noone came.. doesn't even look like they opened at all today. No phones out and shop in darkness. This 2degress is useless. Has been for a very long time

I went to buy a new phone here. I found fairly inexperienced staff. They also had a pretty limited stock of phones. "Want to buy this phone - you can but it only comes in purple." The brochure says "If you buy this phone, you get a $500 smart watch." But the staff say "That's only for new connections". I hate to say this, but they also spoke rapidly in heavy accents and so I was having to ask them to repeat things quite a lot. I got home and tried to put on the screen protector they sold me - it wasn't cheap - and it's missing parts do can't be done. Disappointed.

The young gentlemen are so helpful and always explain everything. So kind. As for the young lady can be quite rude and abrupt making customers feel so dumb.

Went in two days ago at around noon and there was no other customers in the store. The lady at the counter took her time to end her private phone conversation before attending to my query. I was there to check on my data usage on my pre-paid plan due to some unusual usage. After keying my details on her computer, she looked at me mockingly that I was only on 250MB plan. She wasn't keen to listen to what I had to say and absolutely not helpful at all.
