Absolutely unprofessional staff * While waiting to be serviced I was watching staff helping other clients Staff were making loud voice comments like "Oh! You are depositing $XXXXXX ! So much money ! Have you won a Lotto? !" or "Ok your account balance is $XXXXXX , and you are depositing another $XXXXXX? You are really rich lady, hahaha" Would you like to hear comments about your money like that in front of another 10 people in the room? Is that how a BANK should have been acting ? Terrible experience

Zoe and the team are super helpful and kind. I went in the other day urgently requesting hardship and there was 0 judgement, they just helped me and were empathetic, patient and kind. Great bank branch to go to when you need some extra help

Nothing but good experiences every time I've been in, all the staff have always been pleasant to deal with and really helpful. Treat others how you expect to be treated yourself and see the difference in people.
