ASB Silverdale Branch

My visits to this branch (twice just before Easter 2023) were both positive; I would not hesitate to go there again or to recommend it. I visited the branch because I couldn't complete the process of joining up and verifying ID and address online; as a New Zealander living offshore my case was out of the ordinary. The first time I went I couldn't complete because the proof of address I had with me was a letter, of which the bottom third had been removed. The young woman I spoke to explained politely that she knew from experience that it would be rejected, even if she submitted it and suggested that I return the next day with either complete letters, or PDF files showing my address on my phone. The next day I was passed straight on to Freya, and her experience showed; she listened to my explanation right through, asked a question or two, then set about doing what had to be done on her terminal. Her politeness, efficiency and competence were noteworthy, thank you Freya. Within less than half an hour I was on my way with my account all set up and verified.

Waited inside for help , they were too busy to see us for about half an hour. All doing paper work. And unable to open an account so I can bank my money. Go elese where if you want help or service
