        Chrissy sent me a personalized workout plan that I had a go at trying at the gym the other week and oh my, it was a killer!! Chrissy is someone who knows her stuff and by getting advise and new ideas from someone with such knowledge, has helped me a lot in the gym. I would definitely recommend Chrissy to beginners and experts of all levels. Thanks for your help! :)
