        My husband and I came up from Christchurch to see family in January, Whangaparaoa F45 welcomed us so incredibly well! The staff are professional, encouraging, and really motivating. The facilities are super clean and tidy. Will definitely be coming back!

        On my recent holiday in Auckland I had the pleasure of attending the Whangaparaoara F45 studio. Lee and the Team were super inviting, friendly, motivating and encouraging. I would highly reccommend to anyone wanting to give F45 a go - to head there! Thanks for having me guys. I hope to see you again in the future

The owner and trainers are all so welcoming, enthusiastic and engaged for every session. The studio has all the best equipment and facilities. I wish I could train here more often!
