Rachel Readhead - North Shore & Rodney - Real Estate Agent

As a home owner and property investor I've dealt with a number of real estate people in Auckland. Rachel is head and shoulders above the rest. She is down to earth, astute, and well connected. She understands what makes tenants, buyers and vendors tick. She is gives great advice, and follows through. On top of that, she is lovely to deal with. I can't recommend her highly enough.

I have known Rachel for 8 years since I moved to the Northshore and bought my first property back in 2013. We met initially when I was to be honest a little overwhelmed after a break up and decided last possible minute before heading overseas, that I wanted to rent my house out in Browns Bay long term. Rachel from the first moment we met was truly amazing. Rachel was understanding and empathetic, utterly professional and worked very hard to help me get out of the situation that I then found myself in. I have since delt with Rachel multiple times over the years mainly for help and advice, or guidance on my investment property and/or my family home. Rachel is always positive, genuine and happy to take a call or to meet up and always with a smile on her face and a spring in her step. The is no-one else that I would go to for property advice and if I ever need to sell my investment property, Rachel would be the first and only call that I would make she really is that good.
