Wow ...totally impressed by Matt from Independent Door Services Papakura - a family owned business. Prompt reply on quotation, and service outstanding. Matt arrived with his fellow colleague, induced himself and got stuck into the job. He fully insulated my double garage door. Whilst doing so, saw that the tension wires were beginning to fray, and recommended to replace, - he adjusted the spring and just like magic, my door was done. Totally professional, and cleaned up after he finished. A five star review in my eyes.

I thought the door was beyond repair after 20 years with bent top panel and banging/grinding noise when opening and closing. I really expected to be told it needed replacing. Matt arrived on time, explained what the problems were and how he could repair it. After getting the go ahead he went straight to work, a brace and new motor later I am very happy with the result. I highly recommend Matt and his company, he is friendly, professional and honest. Keep up the good work

My garage spring was broken in weekend and I contacted few contractors in weekend but no luck but Matt rang me first thing on Monday morning while I was still asleep, Great service , arrive at the time given and had everything for service. I will be definitely recommending Matts services to my families n friends in future.

Excellent service and advice. Prompt supply and installation of two garage door openers. Friendly, professional. Will definitely deal with Matt when it comes time replace doors as well.
