Jones Doors

Absolutely terrible service. A few months down the line the garage door completely slipped off the tracks. Had another company come inspect and they said the installation was done very poorly. Management said they would call back but never did. They are a small company and don't have their own repair services, they just refer you to other people. I just wish I had read the reviews before going ahead with Jones Doors. You're better off throwing your money down the drain.

Worst experience ever. I got them installed 2 single garage doors. They used timber not suitable for outdoor use, combined with nails that were not galvanised. The nails have started rusting and the post needs to be replaced. After repeatedly calling, and having their problem explained by a master builder who inspected their work, refuse to fix their mistake or provide a refund. We are now going to hire another company to fix their fault and take them to court just to recover our costs. Avoid.

Very poor customer service. Promised to come at least on two occasions but on both occasions did not keep to their word.

Do not get a door from this company. Terrible install that although two years down the track they will not rectify. The problem is not the door but the quality of installation which is terrible. A the first time I had them back was because the track was lower than the passage door so you couldnt open it. The contractor they got to come back said it was the worst install job and that he would feed it back to Jones doors. A garage door should last longer than 2 years and their install is not fit for purpose as the door makes a hell of a noise and goes up on an angle. I Provided them an opportunity for to fix which they declined I so am getting the door re installed by another company and will seek recovery of costs through the disputes tribunal. Save yourself the grief, combine the opinion of my and other reviews and look for another company.
