    Great service with an eye for detail and they went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed and installed within an hour. I had a toilet installed on a Friday after around 4PM. Highly recommend them and will be using them in the future for any other works that are needing done. Service: Toilet installation

    Avoid if you can, I'd rather use a Master Plumber firm and save yourself the hassle. Long story short, the quality of work and lack of professionalism meant that I had to pay someone to redo the vanity install and finish the job I'd paid in advance for. Keep reading for the details and decide to use them at your own risk. Pictures attached. Initially when I contacted David, he was very responsive, got a quote for the works quick and we agreed I'd get the hardware and he'd want to do it in one day. I wanted to use a local small business. While it was hard to organise cabinetry work required to fit the dishwasher before the date of the work, David said that he could come back to finish it. There was also an issue with needing some work on tiling for the toilet install which he let me know and gave it a go. Appreciate that, and he's not a tiler and it was more work - fair call. So at that point 3 of 4 parts of the job complete and we were planning to get the dishwasher in when we could get the cabinet work done. Where it all came unstuck was the quality of work. Tenants sent me pics and the silicone work around the vanity is messy and no finesse about the hole in the wall for the connections. Maybe I'm picky but decide for yourselves. So then I got in touch with David and said I was unhappy with what I'd received, he got defensive, said that the tiling work was extra so I now had to pay more for him to come back for the dishwasher and to clean up the silicone around the vanity. He dodged my attempts to contact him after and finally when we could discuss this like civilised folk, I offered to drop the pending work but expected that since some work was incomplete, I should get some part of my money back. He countered that he would do the dishwasher and redo the vanity but charge for tiling. Something at this point nearly 4 months on, I was just keen to get over with. And then he half organised a date and still bailed on me and hasn't replied since. Kept my payment in full. I just gave up and got a proper Master Plumber accredited firm to finish the dishwasher and the vanity for my tenants. Thats been my experience and it wasn't good.
