Regan said the job would take about 6 weeks and he was spot on. Everything went like clockwork. We had around 20 tradespeople working on it over that period (through an atmospheric river and a hurricane...). They were all polite, very considerate, hard-working and professional. Not only did they keep us well informed but they also cleaned up as they went. We could not have asked for a better crew. We are very pleased with the end result. We really liked working with Kyle Brown - he's a great communicator, and we felt very comfortable leaving the organisation of this project in his hands. Our project was one small bathroom, but we always felt that we were being treated as valued clients. We were particularly appreciative that when issues arose, Kyle and his team found solutions - they found ways to say "yes" rather than "yeahhhh ... nah."
