Poor customer service. Bought a laptop worth about $1.6k last September and chose to click and collect. When I went to the store to pick it up, the staff that attended to me was quite rude and unprofessional. This is what happened: The staff asked me how he could assist me, and I told him I had an order to pick up, he asked my order number, and I was just like "umm...." and reached my pocket to get hold of the confirmation email for my order. But before I could take a look at my phone, that guy assumed I didn't have the order number and said "we have too many orders to deal with" in a very cold and rude manner and never gave me a chance to tell him that I have the order number. As if that wasn't enough, when he managed to get it for me and explained the return/warranty claims policy, he said something like "If you have a problem with the product, go to the head office of the manufacturer directly and DON'T COME HERE (the address of the head office was printed in a note along with the order, so that was not the problem, it's just that he should have been polite). And finally when I was about to leave, he gave a gentle push/tapped on my shoulder (not sure what the heck that was for). I did some research before buying the new product and found that the laptop with certain specs and in a certain price range was available only here, so took the risk of making a transaction here. Should have bought a much better laptop for about $100 more from PB tech which I was eyeing on. Neither am I stepping foot here ever again nor making any kind of transaction. Should have waited until Black Friday or Christmas/New Year sale and bought one from PB Tech or similar. Even otherwise, the prices aren't even that different.
