PB Tech St Lukes

Due to online eftpos for click and collect not working, I had to go into store to physically select and purchase the product. Unfortunately, the five or six staff members who were free had congregated near the entrance of the store and were busy fooling around and laughing. When I did approach the group they just continued to ignore me. I ended up walking out of the store as even the person at the counter was too busy on their phone. Very poor customer service.

One staff member whose name I think was Mia incredibly rude and unhelpful, she took me away from the staff member that was helping me originally and was very rude to them, and while "helping" me she could not answer any questions I had about the product in a way that allowed me to understand what I needed. I ended up leaving the store with out purchasing what I needed as it was to frustrating.

I love this place because there not any other pbteck mean and rude this pbteck have friendly severes make u laugh and fun they make u feel so welcome I recommend any one to come to pbteck st luke I give them 20 stars

Awesome service. Took in a faulty product that was replaced on the spot, no questions asked as warranty was already recorded is system
