        Have taken their services as a tenant Very unprofessional when it comes to property handover and exit checklist. Our exit formalities were done and it was agreed that house was completely clean. But they came back after 3 days saying that house was not clean and we were charged for 300$ for cleaning the house which was already accepted to be clean during exit. We had to pay the amount without any formal invoice from the cleaning vendor. They do not have the guts to resist any illogical complaints from the owners/ landlord because they do not maintain any formal exit checklist. Also be very careful with their invoices, there were discrepancies with that as well. PS - Beware of 11 San Pedro Place Henderson owner, they may look sweet but they are highly toxic, mean and they doesn't want tenant but baby sitters!
