I have lived in Australia and New Zealand. Amazing company to deal with from the start. Everything was done in a professional and peaceful matter. Julian has been the best property manager i have dealt with. Extremely fast and positive communication from him aswell. Definitely someone i would love to continue dealing with for future. Julian Burke from Goodwins has been managing my property in Remuera for 7 years. He is very patient and calm when addressing issues and did an excellent job on my behalf. I had difficult tenants but he has a lovely way about him and resolves conflict well.

Nikki has been a fantastic property manager. The best Ive had in 11 years of renting. Shes gone out of her way to make sure that my needs have been met. I cant imagine her workload everyday yet she always finds time. Prompt, reliable and always available. Theres not much else I could ask for. Thanks Nikki

Our agent was Dani Smith, who's given us a really good impression of Goodwins property management. She's communicative, supportive, and works over n beyond to support our tenancy needs. We're especially impressed by her level of professionalism and are sad to see her move on (to a new role).
