10/10 WOULD RECOMMEND! Well, what can I say...... we decided to sell our much loved villa in Mt Eden knowing the current market was pretty tough. We expected the experience to be pretty stressful, but it was anything but. Right from the first meeting Sarah and Julie made us feel relaxed and at ease, we felt completely able to 100% put our trust in them - and that feeling continued throughout the whole selling experience. They are always professional and have a huge amount of combined wisdom about all things "real estate", with a wealth of knowledge and sound advice. But what we appreciated even more was their warmth and care for us. We felt they genuinely cared about us and our best interests, and it wasn't just all about a sale for them. They said to us at the beginning of the process that they put people first, and that is most definitely true. They achieved a great selling price for us after a multi-offer in a tough market. Our selling experience was so positive, and we are so grateful to Sarah and Julie. If you are thinking of selling your home, you can't do any better than these two!

Above & Beyond. I cant say enough about Adam Gurr and the exceptional service he provided in selling my house during tough market conditions.
