Knowledgeable and focussed Josh helped us sell our Three Kings house in what might be one of the most complicated markets in years. House prices dropped while we were in the middle of prepping our house and going to market which was a little scary. Josh was so focussed on getting the best outcome for us while being honest about what we should expect. He phoned everyday to keep us up to date and adjusted our sales campaign to meet the needs of potential buyers. Josh has a focus on detail which I personally really appreciate.

Simply the best I found Josh and Bryce to be a great team to work with when selling my house. Kind, smart and fun and totally professional they made a stressful time easier. They are very knowledgeable about the real estate market and kept me well informed throughout the process. They worked hard to follow up everyone who attended open homes and gave me well presented and clear feedback. In the end we had three active bidders at the auction and I got a very good result in a market where buyers are quite cautious. Josh and Bryce were recommended to me by a friend and I would recommend them to anyone selling their home.

Quick response and action is what I call professional While I understand listing agents generally work for the vendor, I feel I have received top notch service from Bryce as well as a buyer. He was quick in responding to our queries and requests. He took the initiatives and went the extra mile to help make things happen. Bryce and Josh also have a good knowledge of the market trend and the communities that they work around. We will consider using them ourselves in future.
