Definitely would recommend getting yourself over to Daedalus. I have been through multiple different PTs and different fitness coaches and only have met a handful of people, with the experience and knowledge, of the team working here. If you want to make a change or up your game - this is the place to go!

This gym is an absolutely excellent place to train for all levels! I joined when I was quite new and found Marc and the other coaches to be awesome, knowledgeable, and inspiring mentors. With a balanced mix of heavy lifting, cardio, and olympic weightlifting I can almost guarantee that if you eat right you will build muscle, loss fat, and get really fit! Whatever your goals are Marc will design a fantastic plan for you and explain in detail the reasoning behind the program; they also have top notch equipment to help achieve your goals, they even have some strongman gear. I really can't say enough good things about their service, they gave me all the experience and knowledge I needed to continue my training journey.

Dropped in while I was here on holiday. I've been doing CrossFit for over 9 years and have been to many boxes around the world. The programming was high intensity and you can tell the coach/owner has a lot of experience. Every good box's focus is on form and CrossFit Daedalus did not disappoint. Will definitely be back if I am ever in the area again. Thanks for a good sweat, Daedalus and coach Marc!
